Replacement Policy

At Uva Spices, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a hassle-free replacement process.

Eligibility for replacement:

  • Items must be returned within _7__ days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns
 
 

Non-replacement Items:
Opened or used products.

  • Perishable items such as fresh produce or items with short shelf life.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
 
 

Return Process:

Provide your order details and reason for the return.
Ship the items to the following address: 389/11, Hokandara South, Hokandara
(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.)

 

Replacement Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
