Eligibility for replacement:
Items must be returned within _7__ days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns
Non-replacement Items: Opened or used products.
Perishable items such as fresh produce or items with short shelf life.
Custom or personalized orders.

Provide your order details and reason for the return. Ship the items to the following address: 389/11, Hokandara South, Hokandara (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.)
Replacement Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
